Chess Valley League
In the Winter of 2000/2001 the Committee took what on reflection today was an extremely sensible and well timed decision to enter the Slazenger Chess Valley League.
This competition has proved very popular within the Club, providing competitive League cricket on Sunday, which is the envy of many of our neighbouring Clubs. It has also enabled us to continue many traditional fixtures with Hertfordshire and Middlesex Clubs.
